I believe therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and safe. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on understanding the whole person and the experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, working under the supervision of a licensed clinician. I work primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relational challenges, intimacy, women’s health concerns, life transitions, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. I also work with individuals with neurodivergence, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves without shame or judgment.

My work draws from mindfulness-based and body-oriented approaches. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen emotional awareness and regulation, and develop more compassionate and sustainable ways of moving through life and relationships.

I also have a longstanding interest in working with children, adolescents, and families. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working closely with children and families as a professional caregiver, which gave me a deep appreciation for the ways children communicate through behavior, play, relationships, and their environments. As I continue to expand my clinical experience in this area, I am particularly interested in emotional regulation, trauma, family relationships, and the impact of technology and social media on young people.

Whether working with an adult or a family, my goal is to create a space where people can better understand themselves, feel empowered to make meaningful changes, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
